You know how much they go for? i'm looking for 8, 25" bars.

but wouldn't that cross-bar just add weight?

yeah but some aint too worried about weight. think of em as weight weenies of a different kind.

Does the extra cross bar have a purpose? seems a pointless waiste to me.. :??

The idea isnt new, i owned a pair of bars with an extra cross bar way back in 95 or arounds. The Peregrine Q bar. Didnt have it long as the clamp area was squashed badly.
Looked like these.

dude those bars are kak ugly period,no questions asked,you could put a billboard up between those to what cross bars :?? it's a dumb design

perhaps..

maybe the extra bar is for those ou's that vase landings and chow crossbar, now they can bash their chins too :yeah:

I agree, just ads weight and cost and still looks shittier than normal bars...
